Here’s a simple but extremely effective way to make progress towards your goal, whatever it may be.

1. Write down your ‘lifetime’ or long range goals.  It does not have to be detailed. Just state each of them, if more than one goal, in a few words.

2. Put this piece of paper where you see it soon after waking up. For example, post on your mirror, by your bedside or near where you have coffee.

3. Read it slowly each and every morning.

You will soon realize how this will seep into your consciousness and influence you.  Please give it a try for a good period of time.
